Join us for our Annual Holiday Celebration Dinner
Block it out now, and plan to attend our annual Holiday gathering! Once again we were able to get the same location as West Central Chapter has used in previous year's! Ask anyone that has attended, it is a fun event, and a great chance to bring a guest or spouse (if you want) out to meet your fellow chapter members. If you have any suggestions for entertainment, games, or other fun holiday event shenanigans let me know!
The Cost is $30.00 per person, and includes Dinner and Dessert.
Including the always exciting "white elephant" gift exchange and Trivia competition
(No, not surveying Trivia.. how boring would that be!)
Dinner Entrée Selections Include:
ONION CRUSTED TILAPIA ~ Fresh Tilapia coated with fried onion atop a roasted red pepper coulis
ITALIAN BREADED EGGPLANT PARMESAN ~ Layers of eggplant in a tomato based sauce, rich with Italian herbs
SLICED CHATEAUBRIAND ~ Blue ribbon shell of beef, topped with Chateau & béarnaise sauces
CHICKEN PROVENCALE ~ Boneless chicken stuffed with spinach & wild rice and topped with sautéed tomato, onion and garlic
Gift exchange will take place after dinner. Please bring a wrapped gift with an approximate value of $10.00, and remember "re-gifting" is encouraged!
